How Does it Work?

Should you wish to participate in our program you must complete the enclosed GETTING STARTED Form. This form tells us who you are and how many free materials you will need to launch your campaign. We will provide you with enough of the following items so that every member of your organization is equipped with the tools they need.

Each salesperson will receive:

• Full Colour Brochure: Shows beautiful photographs and selling prices of the 15 items available
• Payment Collection Envelopes: Keeping the sales money straight is always important and to make your life easier as the Chairperson of the project, we will provide collection envelopes for each one of your volunteer sales people.
• Product Description and Planting Instruction sheets for potential customers to view.

As Chairperson of this campaign, when you order your FREE supplies you will also receive the following:

• Chairperson's Checklist: This one page sheet will explain in greater detail how you can best organize your campaign in a step by step manner;
• Master Order Form: This one page form is used to tally your sales and place your order.

Like any fundraiser, friends, family and co-workers are your best bet as customers. The beauty of this program is that just like the bulbs they plant, your buyers will come back year after year. Our guarantee that all product will meet with your satisfaction upon arrival or will be immediately replaced free of charge, allows you to sell with confidence.

What Happens After your Sales Campaign is Complete?

The deadline for ordering your bulbs is October 15th, 2008. When it comes time to place your order, the Fundraising Chairperson simply tallies the totals from each individual’s brochure and places those totals on the MASTER ORDER FORM. This form allows you to total your sales and determine how much money you have raised. Mail this form along with a cheque or money order for 50% of what you have raised and we will then process your order and start shipping. Shipping usually starts mid-t-late September and is normally conducted on a first come-first served basis.

When you receive your bulbs, there will be an information sheet contained with your shipment which explains how to set up your assembly line for putting together your customers’ orders. With only 15 items, it’s really quite simple. Every bag of bulbs and seeds has a full colour photograph on the label and is easy to identify.

An Extra Bonus for Your Hard Work.

For every $150. due to Veseys on your Fundraising order, we will send you 15 Daffodils (example: if you raise $1,200., your group keeps $600. and Veseys receives $600. This would entitle you to 60 Daffodils - 15 for each $150. remitted to Veseys). You can use these as sales rewards, plant them at your organization’s location. You could even sell them and make 100% profit! We hope that this little bonus is something you enjoy.
