Seed Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with our seed or we will promptly replace it free of charge. Your acceptance of our guarantee acknowledges that growing results depend on weather, soil and cultivation; therefore, we must limit our liability to the purchase price of the seed. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or specifications may occur on our website and printed catalogues. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Bulb and Root Guarantee

We select only the finest quality Holland Bulbs and sell commercially cultivated roots and bulbs. We carefully pack and ship the product to you at the appropriate planting time. If you are not happy with your product when you receive it, we will replace it free of charge. Your total satisfaction is important to us. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or specifications may occur on our website and printed catalogues. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Colours may not be exactly as show in photos. The bloom times that you will notice throughout the website are estimates. With Canada containing such a wide range of hardiness zones, these bloom times are provided simply as a reference.

Veseys Return Policy

Any item that is regularly stocked and is unused, in resalable condition in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or credit. Items that have been used are not warrantied by Veseys but may be covered by a manufacturers warranty.
