  • Bush Beans - disease

I have planted both yellow and green beans and they were thriving until a couple of days ago. The leaves of some plants have gone limp and a whitish substance is oozing out on the stem at ground level. Not sure if the oozing or the leaf problem came first but they must be related. I since sprayed the remaining beans with a fungacide but each day have had to remove further effected plants. Any idea what my problem is. Do I have blight? Suggested remedial action? Thanks.
