Posted by Carol Cormier on Sunday, July 6, 2008 10:34 am ADTPlanted about a month ago and still waiting for new lilac to start leafing out. Is this normal or is there something that can be done to help it along? There has been plenty of rain here and the soil is a clay/loam mix.
