hi, a neighbor of mine brought 2 climbing roses a few years ago. the first year they bloomed well but for the past 3 years they have not bloomed at all. any ideas of how to get them to bloom, they get plenty of sun.

Have they been pruned? True climbing roses often bloom on last year's wood, so pruning in spring or fall might be preventing blooms. Any pruning should be done right after flowering.
