Posted by Rosemary on Friday, April 27, 2001 8:03 pm ADTA Dutch friend of mine won't cut his tulips for bouquets 'cause he says they won't bloom again next year. I always have bouquets of tulips in the spring but because I keep adding more every fall, I don't have a clue if the ones I cut are re-blooming or not. Any theories?
