A Dutch friend of mine won't cut his tulips for bouquets 'cause he says they won't bloom again next year. I always have bouquets of tulips in the spring but because I keep adding more every fall, I don't have a clue if the ones I cut are re-blooming or not. Any theories?

I cut mine for the last 2 years and I have had more abundant blooms each year without adding any new bulbs.

I'm having a problem getting blooms to cut. The tulip has nice green leaves but no bloom. What am I doing wrong?
