    can crab apples from all crab trees be used for jelly?

      As far as I know they can but different varieties are different sizes...Some are tiny and wouldn't be as practical as the larger varieties....which are still small compared to regular eating apples.

      If your family gets tired of jelly like mine did, try "crab"apple sauce or crabby apple spread (like apple butter) but with the tangy taste of crab apple.
