Posted by Bob McCausland on Monday, July 14, 2008 4:27 PM ADTlast year and this I planted a succession crom of beets. Each sowing , the tops come up and in a few days they are eaten, gome. The first planting was uncovered, each other planting was under cover, wither growing plactic row covers or white fabric cover. I am in zone 5b, this year I added wood ash and lime to my bed, everything else is fine. what can be eating the tops of a veg so disease resistant ?
