I planted a Larch this spring and it was growing really well lots of new stock and needles - Now the older needles are turning brown, do larch loose their needles in the fall? or is it dying?

Larch trees do loose their needles every fall, they turn light yellow, brown and then drop. As the tree gets older the needles are more golden yellow and beautiful. Just water it in as you would any new tree. Next spring you will be quite surprised. Cheryl
