Posted by Renee on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 9:42 PM ADTI would like to transplant my holly tree, it is currently next to my patio but I want to move it so it can have space to grow. It is about 2'H x 2'W. Any suggestions on when to plant (spring or fall) and if there might be a large root system on it? It is a 'hybrid' so both the male and female plants are in one - it does bloom and produce berries. It is just now beginning to form flower buds for this season. Thank you.
