My (French)lilac bush has a distortion on the leaves. One side of the leaf is normal looking and the other side is crinkled, drawn up or curled up. Is this a disease or pest? I haven't found any bug evidence, nothing is inside the leaf. Anyone know what this is or how to treat it? I recently planted another lilac and noticed it had the same problem.

I have the same problem with my lilac bush at the south side of the house, the leaves are nice and green and the next day they are all brown. Help
