Jacqueline Hirst was browsing through a Veseys catalogue when it occurred to her that sometimes, photos can't do many flowers justice. As beautiful as Gladiolus are in our catalogues, they are even more spectacular in person. Jacqueline says Gladiolus are easy to grow, they don't take much room, hummingbirds love them and they comfort us when our gardens are slowing down.
After a rainfall, the droplets sparkle like diamonds....
