Also known as Neapolitan cyclamen, this is one of the few plants that will flourish under deciduous trees. Most impressive when planted in large groups where they can be enjoyed close at hand. Prefers compost-enriched, well-drained soil and light shade. An annual winter mulch is beneficial. Plant as soon as the bulbs arrive, 1"-2" deep and about 6"-8" apart. Plant rounded side down or on side.
