May start inside 6-8 weeks before last frost for earlier show. Just barely cover seed and keep soil at a temperature of 21-24°C. Should germinate in 10-15 days. May be direct seeded in the garden when soil is warm. Space 12-18 inches apart depending on variety. Prefers full sun and can tolerate dry soil
