Biennial. Hardy in zones 5-8
Will reseed if you let a few flowers go to seed. Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to transplanting in the spring. Sow seed on the surface of the soil. Provide a soil temperature of 16-2°C (60-70°F) and keep soil moist. Direct seed in June for blooms the following year. Thin plants 12-24" apart. Prefers full sun or part shade where summers are hot. Water and deadhead regularly.
