Coreopsis grandiflora
Perennial. Hardy in zones 3-9.
Start inside 6-8 weeks before last frost. Sow on surface, provide light and cool to warm temperatures (13-21°C). May also be direct seeded into the garden after last frost. Keep moist. Transplant into the garden after last frost into a full sun to light shade location, 12" apart. Provide well-drained soil, do not overfertilize, and deadhead regularly. Tolerates poor, dry soils.
