Millie's Sugar-Free Lavender Lemonade

  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lavender Petals
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Lemon Rind
  • 1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tsp Stevia Powder
  • 4 Cups Cold Water
  • *1/2 Cup Sugar will replace the Stevia if desired

Steep the Lavender in boiling water for 30 minutes in a covered stainless steel pot. Strain the infusion and add the lemon juice and rind, stevia or sugar and cold water. Chill well before serving. Serve over crushed ice.
