Leaves (cilantro) have sharp citrus, nutty flavour, used in salads and salsa. The seeds (coriander) have a citrus flavor and are used as an ingredient in curry powder. Height from 2-3 feet. Approximately 200 seeds/Pkg.
When grown as a Microgreen Cilantro has a sharp, nutty flavour.

- Cilantro Tip
- When harvesting fresh leaves cut only the small immature leaves for best flavour. Dried leaves store poorly, but can be frozen.
- Microgreens Tip
- Harvest is quick and easy by simply snipping off the seedlings with scissors just above the soil surface.
