Genesis is a superior variety for fresh leaf use. Very slow to bolt even in hot weather. Lends a piquant, almost citrusy flavour to salsa and other Mexican, Indian, Thai and Chinese dishes. 50-55 days to leaf harvest. Approximately 220 seeds per package.

- When harvesting fresh leaves cut only the small immature leaves for best flavour. Dried leaves store poorly, but can be frozen.
