A Canadian design using recycled plastic!
Originally designed by forestry experts in Alberta, the patented grooves of each cell encourage more roots, and direct them straight down each cell. Ideal for bedding, container and vegetable plants, the cells open like a book, making planting, inspection and transfer simple and non-disruptive. With no potting-on required due to the sturdy, straight root system, there is no need to tease out the roots, simply pop in the planting hole and water. Reusable for at least 6 years and made from recycled plastics.
Free collapsible tray with each set of books; tray measures 8.5" x 14.5" and holds either 32 cells, 50 cells or 72 cells. The trays are the same size so the higher the cell count the narrower the cells are in each book. Optional Clear Dome acts as both a drip tray and/or dome to generatemore heat for your seedlings and cuttings.
