Garlic (Allium sativum) has been used as a food and for medicinal purposes for over 5,000 years. Veseys is pleased to be able to offer you our new 'Certified Organic' fall garlic. This beautiful hardneck, porcelain garlic is sure to please garlic lovers. The white parchment skin, touched with a slight blush of pink, covers 5-7 large, pungent cloves. 'Music' is a strong, vigourous, winterhardy variety which stores well after harvest. Space plants 7 - 12 cm apart in the row. Plant cloves at a depth of 3 - 6 cm.
