This beautiful Certified Organic, hardneck, porcelain garlic is sure to please. White parchment skin with a slight blush of pink covers 5-7 large cloves. ‘Music’ is a vigourous, winter hardy variety which stores well after harvest.

- Harvest in late summer or when 75% of the leaves have turned brown. Lift bulbs during dry weather. Cure for 10-14 days in a warm, dark, dry area.
