A hardy, unique form of cabbage. Flat, globe shaped bulbs with a pale green to white skin and flesh. Freezes well. Maturity 60-65 days. Approximately 1070 seeds/pkg.

- For fresh use, pull plants when the stem has swollen to 2 inches, For storage, allow stems to grow to 4-5 inches in diameter.
