Select Daylilies
A new generation of Daylilies! Bigger flowers and often with a nice contrasting edge.
This new generation of daylilies has flowers that are larger than their old-fashioned ancestors, with brilliantly coloured and sophisticated petal patterns including halos, eyes, watermarks or picotee edges.
These daylilies are tolerant of all soil types, thrive in full sun, have a profuse bud count plus superior disease resistance. Apply slow release fertilizer in spring and remove spent flower stalks to promote a longer blooming. Use daylilies in borders, along walkways or in containers. No. 1 size roots.
Use them in a perennial border, in front of shrubbery, as an edging along a walk or wall, and in your bulb beds, where they hide the ripening foliage of tulips and daffodils. They need dividing only every 10-15 years. Plant 18-24 inches apart. No. 1 size roots.
Hardy in Zones 3-9
