Root Booster

I bought the bottle of the root booster and hoped to use it ASAP. To my big disappointment, when I came home from the store I realized that there is not the manual, how to use it. The bottle states that is a concentrate - but no further recommendation how to dilute it's content. My search on the internet brought me only to the same picture that is on the bottle - and no any advice.

Root Booster

The instructions are located behind the bar code, you should be able to peel back the label.
Instructions:
Bare root transplant or transplant from containers (Flowering Trees, Ornamental Plants): use 15 ml (1 tbsp) per 1 L of water. Apply to root area in transplanting hole and then cover roots with soil. Repeat application biweekly using 10 ml (1 tsp) per 1 L water until plants are well established.

Annual and Perennial flowers (Bedding plants, etc): Use 15 ml (1 tbsp per 1 L water. Thoroughly saturate roots at time of planting. Repeat application biweekly using 10 ml (1 tsp) per 1 L water until plants are well established.

Ground Covers (Ivy, Ice-plants, Geraniums, etc): Use 5 ml (1 tsp) per 1 L of water. Thoroughly saturate roots at time of planting. Repeat application biweekly using 10 ml (1 tsp) per 1 L water until plants are well established.

House Plants: use 15 ml (1 tbsp) per 1 L of water. Thoroughly saturate roots at time of planting. Repeat application biweekly using 10 ml (1 tsp) per 1 L water until plants are well established.
