Royal Burgundy Beans
A must for all bean lovers. Deep purple pod bean that turns a bright green after 2 minutes in boiling water. Does very well in cool soil and can be started earlier than other bean varieties. The very productive plants take about 55 days to produce the exceptionally tasty 5 - 6 inch pods.
