An exceptional dual-purpose Heirloom. Young tops make an attractive addition to salad mixes and the roots are round with a sweet, wholesome flavour. Maturity 35 days for baby leaf, 58 days for roots.

- Soil temperature should be 18-24ºC for optimal germination. Thin seedlings 1 inch apart for greens and 3 inches apart for summer use of roots. Packages contain 200-700 seeds and will sow a 25-30 foot row. Approximately 2000 seeds per 25g should sow 100 feet of row.
