Chioggia Beet
Striking purple and white interior zoning with a sweet peppery flavour. The 10-12 inch, pink striped stems are smooth, green and mild tasting. An Italian home garden favourite with small, flattened globe-shaped roots. Heavy yields. Maturity 60 days.

- Soil temperature should be 18-24ºC for optimal germination. Thin seedlings 1 inch apart for greens and 3 inches apart for summer use of roots. Packages contain 200-700 seeds and will sow a 25-30 foot row. Approximately 2000 seeds per 25g should sow 100 feet of row.
