Cheddar
A great tasting cauliflower with beautiful eye catching colour and it's good for you too. The orange colour of Cheddar comes from high levels of the health promoting compound beta-carotene. This fall cauliflower produces medium sized heads that do not require covering. Matures in 75 to 80 days from transplanting. Approx. 10 sds/pkg.
