An exceptional dual-purpose Heirloom. Deep red leaves are sweeter than Radicchio and the young tops make an attractive addition to salad mixes. The scarlet roots are uniform with a sweet, wholesome flavour and best when harvested young. Add to your favourite mesclun mix. Maturity 35 days for baby leaf, 58 days for roots.
When grown as a Microgreen Bull's Blood has dark red leaves.
Also available as Certified Organic seed.
