Harris Model Parsnip
Harris Model is a well established variety, known to most gardeners as the standard by which other parsnip varieties are judged. Smooth, sweet flavoured white roots with fine grained flesh. Great for the home garden or frest market. Maturity approximately 110 - 120 days. Approximately 1090 seeds/package.

- Parsnips are tender and flavourful in the fall. A few light frosts will improve the flavour. They may also be mulched and left in the ground over winter and dug as the ground thaws.
