Racer Pumpkin
'Quick off the mark' as it is among the first to mature in our trials. Heavy yields of beautiful, 10-15 pound round Pumpkins with deep ribs, strong handles and dark orange colour. Semi-bush plant takes up much less space in the garden and allows higher density planting, resulting in higher yields per acre. One of the best pumpkins available for short season growing. Matures in 80 days. Approximately 15-20 seeds/Pkg.

- Pumpkins benefit from a mild feeding with a fertilizer high in phosphorous to initiate fruit formation. Approximately 30-40 seeds are required to seed a 50 foot row, while 1.5 kg or 4,000-6,000 seeds would be needed to seed an acre.
