Flying Saucer Summer Squash
Combining bright colours with an out of this world shape this squash is great sautéed, stuffed or stir-fried. Flying saucer produces ribbed fruit on a large bush plant. The squash are best picked when young and tender. Maturity 50-55 days. Approx. 20 sds/pkg.

- Harvest summer squash when they are 4-8 inches long and when their skin is still shiny. Winter squash can be cut later in the summer or early fall before frost. The skin should should be hard enough so that you can't cut it with your fingernail.
