hello- first timer here I have been hunting like crazy for seeds for what I buy in the grocery store as pattypan squash. After tireless attempts at finding "no matches" at many sites, I found success here at vesey's- disguised though as sunburst squash. I also found elsewhere something called white bush scallop. they look similar in shape but one is yellow and the latter white. Can anyone lend some help in helping me choose? I live in zone 5a i do believe.

I have grown the sunburst yellow summer squash. With the yellow skin and the white inside, it looks good in a salad when sliced to show this effect. I would go with the yellow.

Do you have any good recipes for patty pan squash. Some say to pick it at 1" but mine are about 4" across.
