Posted by Lisa on Sunday, September 23, 2001 11:59 am ADTHi Faye, I'm asking the same question. Just put up a 16'x10' greenhouse and have potted tomato, basil, etc. cuttings. If they,ll grow I may even put in a cucumber and a squash or two. Park Seed offers COOL BREEZE cucumber that is recomended for greenhouse growing.(Needs no pollinator). Posted by pats on Thursday, July 11, 2002 10:28 pm ADTIt all depends on what veggies your talking about.If you are growing pepper and tomatoe you can pollinate them yourself by rubbing a q-tip over each flower when the flower is fully opened.A pumpkin would have to be pollinated by taking the male flower and rubbing the female flower.You can also leave your door opened to invite some bees in.
