Gardeners’ Forum: “Are gourds edible?”
Back to Gardeners’ ForumAre gourds edible?

Snakey-looking things with thin shells. We tried frying them when they were young like summer squash, NASTY. Now we just let a couple of vines run up a tree to amuse the neighbor kids. They think they're giant cucumbers. LISA
