    I grew some really nice Teddy Bear and Lemon Queen sunflowers this year and I would like to collect the seeds for next year. How do I know when the seeds are ripe, and how long should I set them out to dry once I cut the flower? The seeds are already completely black (which is how they were when they were planted).
