Posted by bernice on Saturday, February 2, 2002 3:14 am ASTok here's what i have come to know living in front of workable land. you have to rotate your crop yearly. corn diminishes nitrates so every other year you should plant a nitrate producing plant. as where i live the farmer plants soyabean one year and corn the next . he has been doing this now for 6 years.
