Posted by Brenda on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 8:11 am ADTHi There fellow gardeners .... my rhododendron has been a struggle for me, but finally it seemed to be doing well ... after a mere 20 years! So yesterday when I went out to snip off more 'spent' blooms, I was horrified to see a large broken stem and several tops scattered around the yard, like they had been torn or broken off. Any guesses on what may have done this? I am stumped ... and more than a little saddened at this latest setback! Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.

Posted by coleen on Thursday, August 2, 2007 2:05 pm ADTHi i had the same thing happen last year and it was a deer he played will all my trees and rhodos and broke many branches, i think he was having a fight with them lol.if you don't have deer then i don't know what
