  • early seed starting

I am eager to start some seeds. I live in southern manitoba. Just wondering if there were some flowers or vegtables that can be started indoors as early as mid to late Feb.

I find that the smaller the seed the longer it takes to grow. Example petunia. Bill

If you have seed packs that say to start 10-12 weeks before your last frost date, those would be the ones. Like Bill said, petunias, also heliotrope, and snaps I start early, as well as lobelias. Sue
