Use a 4 inch flower pot fill with good potting mix,water,sprinkle seeds on top of soil put pot in clear plastic bag (grocery store produce bag)under lights. When seedlings are 2 inches tall pinch off top two leaves.Wave petunias need lots of fertilizer after they start growing. Bill

Posted by Linda Clarke on Friday, March 21, 2008 4:01 pm ADTMy friend and I start our seeds in February! When the plants are big enough we take cuttings and use rooting compound to root the cuttings. They grow easly. Last year we had and abundance of plants from a couple of packs of seed!
