    How can I get rid of red lily bugs...my lily's are just starting to poke through and the bugs are at them!!!!! Do I need to get rid of the plants entirely?

      all i do is sprinkle organic bug powder dust when the bugs first appear so i get rid of them before they lay eggs i get the dust at home depot its made by safe and it realy works mona

      I've been spraying mine with Target Neem, a foliage spray and I find i am winning the battle - you can apparently also spray them with dormant oil or a homemade tobacco spray

      They are very easy to pick off by hand and then squash underfoot. You'll want to do something about them, or they will decimate your lilies.

      All my lilies suffered terribly from these red bugs. First, what are they called. And secondly, will their eggs be in the soil for them to hatch again next spring.
