    want to know if deer resistant is the same for horses have a problem whit them eating stuff if i plant foxglove there is it true it is poison? will it make them sick if they eat it???????please send suggestions thanks

      In my experience "deer resistant" usually means the plant is toxic in some way. If you have horses eating stuff then really the only way to stop this safely is to remove the horses-fence them farther away or fence the garden securely (square goat fence along the edge of the fence small enough they can't get their noses through). horses will eat just about anything-i've seen them eat deadly nightshade, lilies, daffodils...all of which are poisonous. so out of fear of poisoning the horse, i'd try physical barriers first. good luck!
