Mike Mills of Orangeville, Ontario was our December winner! Mike says "We have a lot of flowers in containers and beds ranging from pansy’s to hollyhocks. We also have some vegetables and a small herb garden. Dianne does most of the gardening, I just provide the muscle so the tiller will ease the load."

Pat Ginn

Pat Ginn from Vancouver, BC was our November winner! Pat says "I am absolutely astounded that I have won a Mantis Tiller and border edger (and kickstand). Some time ago I viewed the information on the Mantis Tiller on your site and passed all the info along to my brother in Kamloops. The Tiller is just what I need and will be using it on my little green garden area. I was born and raised on a 400 acre farm so should be able to use it with ease. Thank you so much."

Andrea Langdon of Simonds, New Brunswick says she and husband "enjoy puttering around in the garden. We always have a modest sized vegetable garden, a perennial garden that we use to cut fresh flowers from for our home and an herb garden which has just become very well established this last year. I am very excited to receive this email. We haven’t planted our veggie garden yet so we have lots of use for a tiller right about now."

Cathy Hodder of Burk's Falls, Ontario has now become the neighbourhood tomato seed starter, since her neighbour retired from doing it. After working and learning at a greenhouse last year, she is very excited about using her new tiller to expand and care for both flowers and vegetables. Pauline Summers of Gander, Newfoundland can't believe she "finally won something". "I have a huge garden outlined by flower beds that consist of a wide variety flowers. I love lilies and astilbes so needless to say there are quite a few of these. We have a beautiful cottage just 30 minutes from here and I had big plans to put in beds this summer so the Mantis Tiller will be perfect."

She says "I have perennials in the shady corner of my yard and I love to grow new flower and vegetable varieties each year in my flower pots and garden and any other place that I can find. Oshawa is very active in the Communities in Bloom competition and last year Ernie won the Garden of the Week award for his front yard. Ernie loves gardening and is very excited about winning the Mantis Tiller!
