Gardeners’ Forum: “pumpkins”

  I have a pumpkin patch. It was lots of flowers but I see no pumkins developing as of yet. Is there a problem with my patch or am I just be impatient? I live in zone 5b.

    I have a couple of pumpkins that grew out of no where in my gardens(from compost my husband put in last fall) and well its been crazy.. But now I have pumpkins and don't know when to pick them. They are half orange now. I live north of Barrie ON.

    same here when do i pick them??? iam in washington state before the frost or after?
