I would like to know what types of tomatoes grow best in your tomato planter. Can I grow indeterminate tomatoes in it as well as determiniate, or only container tomatoes?

We tried for the first time, summer 2008, cherry tomatoes and were succesfull. My wife picked for almost for 2 months. So comming summer I have to hang them higher. And we are going to try regular tomatoes. And more bags. It is required you water every second day. It is real fun.

Yes, you can grow both determinate and indeterminate tomato varities in the Revolutionary Upside Down Tomato Planter. It could be that you would receive a longer harvest season with an indeterminate type though. Our favourite varieties for the upside down planter are: Duchess, Veseys Mosaic Mix and Window Box Roma.

Thanks to all who went before me with the 'upside-down planter. The information you provided was great. I didn't have any questions after reading your reviews, so I just wrote to say 'thanks'.
