Gardeners’ Forum: “Tulips”

  I have tulips already planted and if they start to show some growth, and then we get a small frost in the mornings (the top of the grass is icy but the soil isn't freezing), should I be covering the tulips that are growing to protect them?

    Tulips are very hardy - no need to cover them.
