Posted by Tara on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 9:56 AM ADTLooking for a ground cover which will grow on a forest floor. The plot is only 15 feet wide therefore receives sun. The organic matter is very high however difficult to dig into the soil to plant. Need a ground cover which will grow in a shallow soil. The plot is about 600 square feet, there something not too expensive is needed.

Posted by janet on Sunday, May 10, 2009 9:47 AM ADTTry sweet woodruff. It is very easy to grow and speads easily. You can lay it on top of ground and sprinkle with soil and keep watered until established.
