When it arrived it looked dead its very dry and brittle no signs of any growth or buds I did plant it in a large pot for now hoping that it will survive. This is my first Variegated Weigela is this normal how long is it dormant for any help would be great

Posted by phil on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 11:50 AM ADTi have 2 variegated wigela and they are in flower bow i think yours is dead scrape the bark and if u see green on bark leave it wigela are not difficult to grow i grew 1 from cutting
