Posted by Cecelia on Thursday, April 26, 2012 10:00 PM ADTI cut back a Nellie Mosher Clematis to about a foot in the fall. I can't find much of it now and am wondering if I ruined it. It was about 5 years old and was rather tangly and not producing many flowers. Any suggestions on recovering it? I live in zone 5b. Thanks.
